How do you ensure the freshness of the seafood during transit?
We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging including insulated liners and biodegradable gel packs to maintain a constant chilled environment from our docks to your doorstep.
Where is your seafood sourced from?
We pride ourselves on sourcing directly from day-boat fishermen and sustainable cooperatives primarily along the British coastline to ensure the shortest time between catch and delivery.
What are your delivery days and cut-off times?
We deliver Tuesday through Saturday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are eligible for next-day delivery, ensuring you receive the freshest seasonal produce available.
Can I freeze the fish I receive?
Yes, our fresh fish is suitable for home freezing. We recommend freezing on the day of delivery and consuming within three months for the best quality.
What is your policy on returns and refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or condition of your order, please contact us within 24 hours for a full resolution or refund.
Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
Sustainability is at our core. Our boxes are recyclable, and our Woolcool insulation liners are 100% compostable and biodegradable.
